Her Journey: From Corporate Life to the Earth

After many successful years in the corporate world, Kareen felt called to redefine success and fulfillment beyond conventional corporate standards. This transition led her back to a lifelong connection with the earth, where kitchen gardens and herbs became a source of nourishment and personal restoration. What began as gardening developed into an integrative practice that recognizes the relationship between mind, body, spirit and nature.

Kareen’s vision was to create a service model that focuses on the design and care of kitchen gardens while also supporting wellbeing through nutrition education and coaching. Through her work, clients are guided to establish intentional routines of care, reconnect with their bodies, and develop sustainable lifestyle practices that support health and vitality. Her approach blends edible garden growing, holistic nutrition education, and supportive coaching in a practical and accessible way.

As a Kitchen Garden Consultant, Kareen has studied under numerous gardening experts, refining her skills in garden design and construction. Her work is informed by mind, body, and spirit wellness principles, which shape her integrated approach to gardening and wellbeing.

At the heart of Kareen’s work is the belief that tending to the soil can reflect the inner work of self-awareness and care. Her voice invites women to slow down, listen more closely to their needs, and engage in practices that support balance, nourishment, and sustainability in everyday life.
